A White and Green Arrangement with Broad Leaves and Fine Trails
Floral Design Spotlight · The Flower Lounge
Broad green leaves, pale rounded flowers and finer trailing stems give this Flower Lounge arrangement several kinds of movement. The pale textured container keeps the green-and-white palette connected all the way to the base.

Give the leaves a visible role
Some leaves form clear, broad shapes at the sides of the arrangement. They contribute to the outline instead of disappearing behind the flowers, making green an active part of the design.
Layer rounded flowers with finer details
Pale flower clusters gather near the center, while smaller textured elements and slender stems extend above and around them. The different scales give the arrangement interest without requiring extra strong colors.
Let a few lines travel downward
Fine trailing greenery moves below the main flower group toward the vessel. Those descending lines soften the transition between the full top and the narrower container, helping the two parts feel connected.
Try the idea in your own style
For a green-and-white design sketch, begin with three broad leaf shapes. Add rounded pale flowers between them, then one or two fine downward lines. Notice whether the leaves still have a clear place in the finished outline.
