Shipping policy
The Featured Bouquet
The Featured Bouquet includes free two-day shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Two-day shipping refers to carrier transit after dispatch, not the time from placing your order.
Bouquets ship Monday through Thursday by 10am Central time. Your order day determines the earliest available ship date:
- Monday orders ship Wednesday.
- Tuesday orders ship Thursday.
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday orders ship the following Monday.
- Saturday and Sunday orders ship the following Tuesday.
Choose an available ship date in the cart. Carrier closures and additional holiday transit restrictions may move the earliest date. We do not dispatch bouquets on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The 10am time is our dispatch deadline, not an order cutoff.
Estimated arrival is 2–3 carrier business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and carrier holidays. Thursday shipments may arrive after the weekend. Arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Other shippable products
Other eligible products use their listed Standard Shipping options. Additional expedited upgrades are not offered. Some seasonal items, such as tubers, ship later to ensure quality when planting; refer to the product listing for timing.
