A White Flower Runner Seen from Above a Long Table
Floral Design Spotlight · The Flower Lounge
From above, this long table becomes a study in repetition. The Flower Lounge places small white flower faces within a finer pale texture, leaving a clear line of place settings along either side.

Change the size of the white marks
Larger white flowers make distinct light spots inside much finer branching material. That contrast prevents the runner from becoming one featureless pale band, even though the palette stays very restrained.
Follow the center line
The flowers travel along the middle of the table and extend near its end. Their repeated shapes emphasize the table’s length, while the orderly place settings give the loose floral texture a structured frame.
Notice the room’s darker edges
Dark chairs and the surrounding floor make the pale table stand out. The view shows how much a floral design can change with its setting and viewing angle, beyond the flowers chosen for it.
Try the idea in your own style
Draw a long rectangle with a narrow flower band through its middle. Use two sizes of white circles on a lightly shaded background. Leave both sides clear for place settings and compare the result with an evenly filled band.
