Lavender Flowers and Small Blue-Green Berry Details

Floral Design Spotlight · Fleuropean

Little blue-green berry details add an unexpected note to Fleuropean's lavender centerpiece. Pale rounded blooms and open daisy-like faces keep the larger palette soft while the smaller points invite a closer look.

Let a tiny color inspire the whole

The creator identifies porcelain-berry colors as the starting point. In the image, those little cool-toned points connect naturally with the lavender flowers rather than demanding a separate large color block.

Mix open and densely layered flowers

Pale rounded heads sit beside flatter purple flowers with visible centers. That contrast makes each flower easier to appreciate and gives the arrangement more than one kind of surface.

Allow details below the rim

Small stems and berry-like forms extend beneath the fuller flower area. They give the lower edge interest and connect the flower mass with the quieter shape of the vessel.

Try the idea in your own style

Choose one small color detail in a flower photograph and build a paper palette around it. Use two larger related colors and keep the starting color in small repeated points. This is a color exercise, not a plant-use recommendation.

This is our suggested design exercise, not the creator’s recipe or a reconstruction of their method.
